Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we will work diligently with you to resolve any issues.  The specific vendor from which you purchase is the best contact to help you with customer service, shipping, and returns.  Therefore, each vendor has their own specific service and return policy.  However, all vendors adhere to the following minimum guidelines.

All orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase.

All customer communication will be addressed within 48 hours.

Accept product returns and promptly issue refunds through the The Shop website for all products that arrive to the customer with defects or damage.

Individual policies regarding return of undamaged goods will be clearly posted on the vendor page.

While The Shop at Amy’s Upcycles is the facilitator for this artisan market, all customer service issues and returns must go through the individual vendor and adhere to vendor guidelines.  Individual vendor policies can be accessed through the vendor page.
