I wanted to create a blog for The Shop at Amy’s Upcycles as a way to communicate directly with our customers, followers and readers. Our site is organic, and will continue to add vendors and product lines. We also want you to know who you are buying from. Not only are our vendors talented entrepreneurs, but they people in the community with families and causes that they are passionate about. Additionally, I wanted to create a place where you can come to be inspired. Our site is centered around the Hygge lifestyle, which honors a slower, simpler way of living. It invites us to take pleasure in everyday things. When life feels frantic and overwhelming, sometimes you just need a soft spot to land.
